By building DANUBIO, we wanted to go beyond what the realty market has been offering in the last decades, thus we offer more than 300 apartments with customizable, rather than fixed floor plans, which means the DANUBIO apartments are easily variable. Prior to your home purchase we provide consultation meetings at which our designers discuss your plans as a homeowner. We discuss how much floor space you need, we estimate the ratio of your indoor-outdoor needs, and we talk about your home’s preferred orientation and the view you wish to wake up to every morning.
